Wounded Heart
Our inner side is unseen to the eyes. However, we feel a lot. We can't see the wounded heart, yet we are well aware of the concealed scars. Pale with exhaustion, we nonetheless stand tall. Eyes blurred by tears and barely able to speak, we strongly carve a smile. We haven't a clue whether to despair or endure. For feelings can go haywire; may we be strong and stay soft. There are reasons in every brokenness. Otherwise, we won't experience the beauty that lies in pain. As we are in sorrow field, the lines and phrases hit differently. We feel way deeper, weep softer and heal louder. And that's how God embraces you. We shall learn no more of despair, we stay off the subject. No one but God acknowledges your countless tears. No hardship was made but to help you grow.
Those eyes grew wistful as you recalled the golden days of yore. A wave of misery swept over as the olden nightmares came knocking you. You mused on whether or not to keep walking. You've lost; puzzled in the maze of mirror. However, you hold on to timeless remedy. The weary heart owns its unfading love. The broken soul holds unchanging faith to its Creator. Someday, the heart will finally give a sigh of bliss throughout these tricky roads. It takes guts to live, but has blessings in disguise. Our minds were shaken with numerous thoughts, yet our hearts hummed its symphony; harmonically. The heart is the key to the untold doors. We may feel under the weather, but the strength has not waned. It hangs tough for foremost reason; God. For God is here, and He is always near. Through thick and thin, come rain or shine.
Things matter to be passed over in silence. In spite of muffled sorrow, promote yourself some peace. Healing isn't a switch, it takes time. Verily, happiness and sadness are like a heavy sea wave that breaks into white foam on the shore. Nothing perfectly remains but God's love. Someday you will smile broadly even when your heart has shattered. Solitude has been another pen pal. Despair has absquatulated, left without saying a goodbye. Eventually, you heal. This time, embrace yourself, along with God ♡
